Really badass people to work with. Pay was pretty damn good too. Pretty typical startup culture otherwise, very positive experience here.

Thorough and diligent when setting and communicating company strategy.

A con for some, a pro for others: people who work at Cloverleaf are naturally inclined to wear different hats and constantly seek better ways of doing things. If you're someone who finds comfort in the boundaries of their job description and do not find yourself interested in doing more, you may find this as a con. If you're someone who enjoys defining your role and having a seat at the table, this is a great place for you.
