The support and relationships you build with those you are with every day are so important and makes me want to go into the office every day. Management is very supportive and wants you to succeed. They are always there to help you learn and grow in your role. It's also just a fun industry to be in!

It's a growing company, so changes do happen a lot but I'd say that is a pro too. You want to be a part of a growing company and be a part in building something special.

Good metaphorical facade - they paint themselves as a company that's "like a family" but any company that says that has stuff to hide. There are no positives.
