We value insights from both our current and former employees as we continue to grow as a company, and seek these out in a variety of ways including surveys, regular one-to-ones with line managers and 'Keep in touch' (KIT) interviews conducted by our People team to gather in-depth feedback. Through our annual in person kick-off event, weekly company meetings and a structure of team meetings we encourage an open culture where everyone has an opportunity to share their ideas and contribute to the direction of the business.
