Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re pleased to hear that you valued working with our customer base and appreciated the talent and commitment of your colleague many of whom remain with us driving Clue’s mission forward.
We’re deeply concerned, however, by the other issues you've raised about your experience during your time with us. While we don’t recognise some of the behaviours described as reflective of how we strive to operate, we take this kind of feedback seriously.
As a scaling organisation, we continue to strive to improve how we lead, communicate, and support our people — including through leadership training, independent employee engagement initiatives, and anonymous reporting channels. We also hold regular forums for feedback such as company-wide surveys, one-to-one check-ins, and open-door discussions with our leadership and People Team.
We’re committed to our values of fostering a culture that is respectful and united. If there are ways, we’ve fallen short, we want to know and encourage any team member to come forward, in confidence, if they have experienced or witnessed behaviour that does not align with this.
