Pros

It’s been incredible to see how quickly the company has grown while still maintaining a strong people-first culture. Even as we scale, there is a consistent focus on taking care of employees both professionally and personally. One of the most meaningful experiences for me was the support I received during maternity leave and especially when returning to work. I felt genuinely supported and cared for during that transition, which speaks volumes about the company’s leadership and benefits. The benefits are thoughtfully designed to support real life and families, not just check a box.

Cons

Growth can come with growing pains, but leadership is receptive to feedback and improvement.

Pros

Strong project portfolio, respected brand in commercial construction, talented field teams, and opportunities to work with high-profile clients. Many coworkers across operations, technology, and field leadership are collaborative and genuinely invested in project success.

Cons

Some departments lack consistency in management development and employee onboarding. There appears to be a pattern in at least one team where employees are placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) without clear expectations, structured onboarding, or proper support beforehand. In multiple cases, the process felt more reactive than developmental. This creates unnecessary stress and damages morale, especially for employees who are otherwise receiving positive feedback from clients, field teams, and other departments.
