      Pros

      - Colleagues are fun and help you get through a long shift! - Great breaks (30 minutes on an 8 hour shift along with some mini ones as well) - An amazing discount scheme (the only one that’s worth it is the 30% off all co-op stuff) - A real collective spirit (all co-op’s communicate with one another if there is need for a cover)

      Cons

      - Can have the occasional aggressive customer(s) - Some of the equipment can be annoyingly slow - The headsets are awful and you can barely hear colleagues no matter what you do

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
