Management, environment, work load, politics. 18 year employee who grew and built the company along side some great people. This company used to be driven by Credit Union beliefs and morals. No longer, as it is now a cash grab middle-ware company that has no direction and leaders who only care about what car they drive and which "good-ole boy" friend they can hire next. Work life balance is terrible as every task is a priority 1. The reviews you see here almost all talk about poor management. I concur, its very bad. Management is full of immense egos and are completely out of touch with staff. The politics of inter-office workings can give Washington a run for it's money. Every staff meeting starts with the CEO proclaiming we want to be a place people want to work, "world class". That is far from what is happening as there is a very high turnover rate as the tenured employees are bailing at an alarming rate. Full time employees are no longer hired and only contractors are brought in. The other favorite thing the CEO says is "feel free to email or reach out to me at any time". When I emailed the CEO, I was threatened by my manager to be written up for "talking above my head" to the CEO. When I put in my notice, my direct manager nor my next teir manager told HR. They advised me to tell HR myself, zero exit interview and zero care. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! The business model is clearly set to sell off CO-OP in the coming years.
