There are so many Cons I could write a book. This is a terrible work environment caused by many factors but mainly poor leadership. There is a complete lack of training, no advancement opportunities unless you want to brown nose your way up, favoritism and special treatment for a select few but the rest treated as lower class citizens, poor attendance and high turn over rate due to unreasonable expectations and low morale, awful benefits package that gets worse as the years go by, terrible HR department and unhelpful attitudes all around. Everyone who works here is under constant stress and we are over worked as it is an hardly ever meet our company goals due to a lack of staffing. The result of this is them constantly begging for people to work overtime hours and putting higher demands without being compensated for the extra workload. Their ideas of company appreciation are a joke. I have worked at companies with much better benefits and employee apprecia
