-pay is below average for similar roles and experience at other companies. Additionally, everyone I talk to is paid the same regardless of performance (no incentive to do well) -goal structure doesn't make sense. If you exceed expectations on your day to day work but don't meet a department goal that you have no way of contributing to, you aren't considered as performing well on your review. -nepotism is a noticeable unspoken thing
