CoBank has great benefits and most of the people that work there are great!
Cons
Senior Management recently executed an "efficiency program." They laid a bunch of people off and moved many others into new roles, but in the end, we're no more efficient because they didn't put very much thought into their decisions. Morale is really low with the layoffs and poor communication from management.
