Our success is shared with our associates, this past year, the bank did give our associates a generous corporate factor and bonus at the end of the year that was voted unanimously by the board. As for vacation time, our associates receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation, 10 paid holidays, and 10 days of sick leave annually, along with one paid day off each year to volunteer with eligible organizations.
