Pros

None. The pay is a lure devised to keep you from expecting a workplace that offers you respect and professional growth.

Cons

Too many to list. Starts right from the top down. - Directors who conduct themselves in the most improper and borderline criminal manner without anyone batting an eyelid. - Managers who are genuinely clueless on the wider commercial market and even some of CoStars own processes. They have simply climbed to a manager role out of sheer time spent at the company and the inability to secure the same pay away from CoStar - The role is not based on research, The role is a glorified call centre in which you beg agents for bits of data to actually turn arround and sell back to them. Your job is to simply get the agent on the phoen for 90 seconds, doesn't matter if the agent is attending a funeral, off sick from work or even arrested. CoStar want you to call them for 90 seconds. - Targets are made up by senior leaders who are so out of touch with the research function, genuinely feels as if they pick new processes and targets out of a hat and run with it. - Do not take a job as a researcher at CoStar, your career will be halted. No other company in the Commercial Real Estate industry respects the fact you were a researcher there. - Working there for over 3 years, the amount of mental health leave researchers had to take just kept on increasing. Girls crying in bathrooms on a daily basis. A HR team that is either never in the office, understaffed or on a coffee break anytime you need them. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
