Pros
I work with highly ethical team members and leaders. My work is valued. I love the in office culture from the great cafeteria, to the workout facility, to the fun meeting places. I enjoy the beauty of the office and am proud to come to work every day. Positive working environment, even on the rough days. I am challenged and I love it.
Cons
I can't think of any. Work is what you make of it. I know people complain about metrics....but you know that going into the job. If you are accountable, have good working skills, and have a solid work ethic, you will thrive here.
