Pros
There are great people, and wonderful amenities, such as healthy food choices, a small gym and free yoga class three days a week, an amazing holiday party. All things considering the pay is good for what you are doing, I didn't realize that some of outr competitors pay far less considering the we are in the same buisness
Cons
The work sucks, its not that the job is terrible but it is repetitive and you will get people that don't want to talk you, Also the metrics don't take into account all of the work you do, like special projects. There may be project yet you are still expected to produce the same amount of work if you weren't doing the project. Also, there is this expectation for quick input of information, very unrealistic.
