Central Location, decent pay for what you do, staff are friendly.
Cons
It's a call centre, high volume calls, target driven, micromanaged, autocratic feel, lack of transparency

It’s true that the Research Associate position does require a lot of phone calls, but it’s a necessary part of the role to develop a strong relationship with key commercial real estate players. If we don’t communicate with clients, they won’t be able to close the deals they do. Researchers provide value to the people they call, helping them to earn a living by putting their information online.
HR and management teams are increasingly working together to communicate areas that can be improved upon. We additionally conduct surveys and focus groups to best understand the opinions of current employees and implement new policies or programs to bring everyone onto the same page. For example, focus groups conducted last year have led to consistent training sessions available to managers to develop their skills in developing working relationships with their employees, effectively managing numbers, etc.
Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future career.
I worked for Homes.com
- Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months
- FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU
Cons
I worked for Homes.com
- You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that
- it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months
- Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
