Our territory representatives in Inside Sales are able to sell to customers throughout the country, regardless of territory or region, to be able to take advantage of the multitude of potential customers in different markets. While we have field sales representatives who sell only in their markets, they know and understand the practices of Inside Sales and take that into account while managing their books of business.
Sales has focused in recent months on collaboration, though any sales department is going to have a measure of competition between colleagues. So far we have found the collaboration between team members on a single deal will yield better results, and essentially serve as a win for everyone involved. We’re receiving great feedback on the collaboration from both employees and clients, and intend to encourage collaboration and more teamwork going forward.
