Pros

Remote flexible working means you can work where you want and complete your hours when it suits you. Although you can’t see other members of the team/company face to face at the moment, there is still a great company culture with monthly zoom catch-ups and knowing that everyone is there to help each other. Sian, the founder is very open to new ideas and letting you own your own projects, with weekly calls checking in on progress.

Cons

Only con at the moment is you can’t regularly see others on the team due to Covid restrictions, but there’s still a great culture despite this.

Pros

The work is interesting and varied. She has given me a step in the direction I want to go with my career. My manager and director of the company listens, is always open to new ideas and supports work-life balance. I'm enjoying the varied work that you wouldn't get from bigger companies. The list of clients is fantastic and interesting.

Cons

If you are looking for full-time work, this isn't the place, but if you are looking for a step up in the right direction with an understanding manager and interesting work, then this is for you.

Pros

Working remotely. That is it.

Cons

1. False promises - you will not be doing the job you apply for. OR the hours the Founder lures newbies in with. 2. No strategy - knee jerk reactions and unrealistic expectations. 3. A misrepresented service, to both staff and the clients. 4. 85% of the workforce resign in one year OR are constructively dismissed (review Linked in to see how many ex members of CSG staff there are/the VERY high turnover). 5. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I've received several rude emails from the Founder. OVERALL This company is a joke! Bureaucracy, favouritism, trying to be a big company on a shoe string budget makes no sense - the Founder wants the best of both worlds, to rake in cash as a big company overcharging clients and massively underpaying freelancers. Appalling experience.
