Made to work overtime without pay.
Not allowed any kind of staff room/ place to eat. Not allowed to use the fridge or microwave.
Severely micromanaged and watched on CCTV.
Not allowed to sit down. If you do you get called and asked what you're doing.
Severe telling off for being 2 minutes last on a snow day.
Having to be on call any day/night.
Not allowed to book any annual leave in Jan/Feb/March.
Belittled and demeaned by owner.
Minimal pay and then when add in unpaid overtime its terrible.
