      micromanagement. cadets contacted me repeatedly about problems within the institution, ideological extremism rising, no feedback on work performance.

      You get to know your classmates well

      Cons

      It is a horrible place where the best and brightest get treated like 5 year old children for 4 years. Huge wasted opportunity to mentor and grow.
