Pros
Coats has made tremendous progress since the arrival of the current CEO. We are now focused on key global objectives that have helped improve financial results while creating a stimulating and rewarding work environment. Much focus has been placed on product innovation and employee engagement. Coats is launching a number of initiatives that make it a really good place to work.
Cons
We are still in the building phase with much to do but there is high belief in the long term success of the company. After 250 plus years in business, it's an exciting place to be!
