      Not a single "junior trader" hired ever since the position opened. But if you see LinkedIn there's still junior traders from Uganda etc. Their insane interview process isn't made for humans. They have openings all over the world yet only people from Uganda can make it? An absolute waste of time

      A really great place for continuous learning and being involved in developing the business and helping it grow right from day 1. The skillset the employees have within the company and everyones desire to succeed makes it such a great environment to thrive in.
