Pros
-Fairly laid back atmosphere -Typically small production numbers -Multiple set-ups let day - New President as of October 2015 coming from BAE was very well liked and received. He personally takes time to walk all of the floors multiple times per week to build relationships with employees and learn of issues from the bottom up. -Very skilled and friendly machinist team
Cons
-Fairly political environment -Extremely unorganized due to adopting so many companies over the years and the never changing the formatting on programs -Questionable management/management decisions -Employees very skeptical of management -Very low shop morale due to taking away benefits, taking company outings, and taking bonuses(or making them impossible to reach) to cut bottom end. -Large layoff at the end of 2015. -Very inconsistent schedule, the company changed schedules company wide 2 times the 8 months that I was there.
