      - Was 100% Remote working with flexible time possibilities, therefore remote working was (and may still be) a chance in the future. This was the best perk. - Good salaries

      Cons

      - Going back to the office in a mandatory manner - Administration can be highly bureaucratic and personalized, instead of standarized & institutionalized
