Pros
Some great people that really care about their work and others in the company. Competitive salary.
Cons
Company is shrinking and many people are abandoning ship. Leadership has no idea how to improve things and have no vision or strategy. Only real strategy is to hang on to existing customers by doing whatever they ask for, at whatever price they're willing to pay. That leads to unrealistic timelines, best practices being ignored, poor quality, demotivated/overworked employees, and bad deliveries. Different departments don't work well together and become projects are undersold, everyone is fighting for their piece of the pie. CEO gave everyone a copy of Radical Candor as the new leadership model being adopted, but only read the part about challenging directly. All the other great concepts in the book were not implemented or even understood. Sales team doesn't know how to sell what the company does in many areas. And they are too afraid to lose customers to stand up to them. Lots of politics happening starting at the top. People that challenge the status quo are dismissed, ignored or fired. Too much effort put into the new startup - if that venture doesn't succeed, Cocomore will be in real trouble. Culture of blaming, especially coming from leadership team. If a project is failing, they find the junior person to blame. No accountability or ownership.
