"I’m Coconut’s CEO, Katherine Regnier, and I wanted to personally respond. I am disappointed your time at Coconut has not been truly fantastic. We strive to provide a 5 star experience for our staff and customers.
It’s tough to be specific when responding to anonymous feedback, but I can say that Coconut is not immune from growing pains, especially with the pace we’ve set in recent years, and we won’t always get things exactly right.
This is one reason why I meet with every employee at Coconut, so we have a chance to talk one-on-one. If anyone is experiencing any issue, they can always reach out directly to me, or to our supportive People & Culture team if they prefer.
Sales leadership can only provide a promotion or raise when they see impact. At Coconut, we lean into performance and sales are equipped with a non-capped commission plan.
