      - The company allows you to balance your personal and professional life - Team work is great - Great managers, very empathetic - Now there is a good career path

      * benefits are reasonable * remote work * work from home stipend - could be better

      Cons

      * turnover rate is higher lately * remote work can be disconnecting - prior to pandemic the company used to be more connected * overtime culture has changed and is becoming more corporate like and less philanthropic compared to before. * working with multiple time zones can be very draining overtime.
