Pros

It was in Plano? Not much benefits to this place

Cons

Hectic work environment. Everyone went to school or grew up with one another and those are the people that get raises and promotions. Jason Taylor (CEO) is a jerk that likes to talk you into bringing young girls that you may know to the office after his wife and kids leave. He has an unhealthy obsession with Ronald Reagan. Horrible place to work.

Pros

A few years back I embarked upon an incredible journey. After 16 years in the field of education I decided it was time for a change. I was excited about the challenges and the opportunities a career away from the classroom would offer. My journey started with Code Authority. I am forever grateful it did. Code Authority provides a work environment that celebrates team work and initiative. One can expect that while in CA’s employ, that employee will be well compensated for hard work delivered, both monetarily and with professional recognition and praise, both privately and publicly amongst peers. The room for growth and advancement is incredible. One is only held back by their own lack of ambition. It is a vastly mobile firm where one can achieve professional elevation to the highest titles. Code Authority offers no dead end placements. Ambitious entry level employees will appreciate the opportunities they will discover.

Cons

The CEO of the firm is very family oriented and has deep roots in community and believes strongly in this “family” feel to be a large part of Code Authorities culture. This is a good thing. For those who have integrity, it is powerful. Often times those lacking in performance and positivity are given chance upon chance to correct their actions, largely due to the above values mentioned that the CEO possesses. This can lead to performance issues and team friction.
