Pros

Great team environment Commission structure is phenomenal - 50% on some stuff. Really clear progression structure from day one - you know what you need to achieve to be promoted. Private healthcare Early finish fridays Brand new office

Cons

None that I can think of. No dress down Friday is probably as bad as it gets..

Thanks for your honest feedback. We didn't do dress down Friday, but now do a casual dress code everyday :)

I know that a recruitment career is wrong for me

Owner is always in the office but no one knows what he actually does other than shout at every one and play on the internet. He scarred everyone. His little training was crap and made no sense.

The person you are referring to was 1 of 4 Directors. He was bought out and left the business in March 2019. The business has a zero tolerance of the behaviour you have described and is not a true representation of the current ethos of this organisation.
