Good and improving benefits, thanks to our HR's initiatives. 6. Most of the people I work with are highly skilled and talented. 7. Work is appreciated. 8. Overtime (OT) is either paid or converted to PTO. 9. Management cares for the employees' well-being. 10. Issues are being dealt with head-on.

Cons

Since I joined in 2021, C&T has experienced significant changes, including mass hiring followed by mass layoffs.

Pros

Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.

Cons

Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
