      Pros

      I was able to get real world experience here while in a diverse, accepting community. The stipend was low butt he ability tto have real-world experience and to get opportunities to work at established tech companies was very valuable.

      Cons

      At the time the stipend was very low and seemed there were companies with junior dev programs that paid much better, but given today's market it was very valuable.

      Pros

      Fully remote, actual flexible hours, unlimited PTO that you actually can take, a passionate team of people, amazing work culture, and a great mission to work for. Literally a dream come true.

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits could be better but I just use my spouse's. Unlimited PTO also has a restriction of no more than 10 consecutive days at a time, but the rest can be unpaid time off.
