This is a close knit company, with higher developer hiring standards than most of the other companies in India, you will find all kinds of people here but all of them will have 1 thing in common, they are logical folks intent on learning more
Cons
It's a relatively small company, which might not give you much "brand value" though it more than covers up for that by the learning that's found here
