Pros
People there are great, lovely bunch of guys and girls.
Cons
Management is a nightmare. Doesn't involve employees in any decisions being made.
Decisions are made which cause huge issues for staff, but could have been usually been pointed out by said staff if they were involved in the process. This doesn't matter though, because even when these problems are pointed out they are ignored.
Then to fix these self inflicted problems, all non-management staff simply have to work more to resolve them.
