Pros

Exposure to new technologies. Works with mostly the new web technologies so a good thing. Will learn all aspects of software services regardless of your title (because you will have to perform duties of multiple positions regardless of your position).

Cons

Manipulated reviews. Employee promotions are held off, specially for the intern - associate range until they provide screenshot evidence of positive Glassdoor reviews. Almost every CEO approved review after 2025 is like that. Long work hours. (Actively encouraged to work late nights, promising that it is the current norm for software companies and saying it will go rewarded, but not really). Mostly hires clueless young people who doesn't know their rights. Makes it harder on them as well as other employees because a few people who actually do good work are constantly used to make up for other's failures. Benefits are not companywide. The amount of sucking up to the management will decide the benefits and chances you get. Example: Some employees are given the year-end bonus while others are ignored. Some are given special treatment on birthdays while others only get a post. Some receive gifts on special occasions while others are ignored. And the funniest part is sometimes senior workers who work hard but don't worship the management are ignored in favor of bad employees. Specially for BA's, you have a high change of getting hired if you are a beautiful girl with a posh (widely accepted) accent. Rarely a male BA in the company unless you have strings inside.

Pros

I worked at Codimite for more than one year. Before this, I didn't have much real industrial experience, but here I got to work on big, real projects. My senior manager was very creative. I am an introvert person, so I was worried, but my manager really helped me feel comfortable. I only wish he gave me more feedback and talked a bit more about my work so I can improve faster. They give you MacBook pro and all premium tools you need. Real projects, you learn a lot very fast. Compensation is good and rewards come fast if you work hard. The best part was when I got a chance to migrate to another country. My manager helped me to talk with HR team. everyone was very flexible and let me leave early. They even helped me with my Visa documents. My lawyer asked for a change at the last minute, and the team was so helpful—they even contacted the embassy directly to verify my papers! Codimite HR team gave me a very strong recommendation.

Cons

I don't like to go to the office because I am not a social person. My manager asked me to come to help others, but for an introvert, this is very tiring. do not make mandatory to come to social events. Sometimes I wanted more feedback on my work faster.

Pros

Nothing speacial on this company

Cons

### **Company Review: A Facade of Culture Masking a Climate of Fear** **The "Posh" Facade vs. Internal Reality** This company maintains a carefully curated, "fashionable" external image that is entirely at odds with its internal reality. While the marketing suggests a modern and progressive culture, the workplace is actually defined by a "hollow" atmosphere where employees are forced to project fake smiles for social media while working under constant psychological pressure. This "fake posh" branding serves as a cover for a management style that prioritizes optics over the genuine well-being or professional growth of its staff. **HR Hostility and Submissive Expectations** The HR and People team, particularly at the leadership level, lack the basic professionalism required to manage a workforce. Instead of acting as a neutral resource, they operate with a "command and control" mindset where employees are expected to be entirely submissive. Openly questioning a policy or seeking clarification on rights is treated as an act of defiance or "misbehavior" rather than a professional inquiry. This creates a toxic environment where the Head of Talent and management can operate without accountability, as any pushback is met with immediate hostility or negative repercussions. **Low Job Security and Unprofessional Off-boarding** Job security is extremely low; employees are made to feel disposable and are often discarded the moment their immediate tasks are completed. There is a disturbing lack of transparency in how exits are handled, with many feeling pressured into "voluntary" resignations to avoid messy internal processes. This pressure is often compounded by the unprofessional handling of essential documentation, such as service letters, which are frequently delayed or used as leverage. The off-boarding process is disorganized and lacks ownership, leaving departing employees frustrated and unsupported during an already stressful transition.
