Pros
If you get a good manager(which will be very rare), life will be sorted here. You can learn well, grow properly, and work peacefully. But if your manager is bad, then finished. Entire work life becomes torture. Everything depends on luck only.
Cons
This company is full ego game from top to bottom. Almost(90%- heard from my colleagues and own experience) every managers and architects behave like they built the company with their own money. They steal team members’ work credits and present it to clients like they alone did everything. Many talented people are intentionally blocked from growing because senior folks feel insecure if juniors become better than them. There are very few real projects in the company currently. Most work feels like low-level college portal type projects with no proper engineering challenge. Recently company already laid off many employees after one major client exited, and honestly more layoffs look very possible in coming time. Biggest joke is “work-life balance.” Even though this is service-based company, people are expected to sit in calls till 10 PM, 11 PM, sometimes even 1 AM depending on project. Personal life gets completely destroyed. And funniest part is all this pressure despite company having very limited serious projects. And please do not blindly trust whatever motivational or “great culture” content they post on LinkedIn. Most of it feels completely disconnected from actual employee reality inside the company. Internal culture and LinkedIn branding are two totally different worlds here.
