The older staff is very happy to help. Good benefits, you are compensated for any extra work.

Cons

Can sometimes be stressful and require you to work overtime when deadline are near.

The compensation for extra work just seems right. That's why we pay for overtime even for salaried employees. If we are able to bill the client for your value, then we should pay you for that value. Hopefully, that slightly mitigates the stress when overtime is required by the project schedule. I hope that helps (from an older staff member). Dave Ruff - CEO

Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

Pros

Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

Cons

Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
