That's great advice. We like to think that we don't throw people into the deep end. This may be true technically. But I understand that any company's business systems and internal workings can be overwhelming to navigate. We have continually improved our on-boarding process, but we have remained focused on the first week of employment. I would really appreciate some more detailed feedback about training that may be helpful to new employees. I've been here 22 years. I'm a little out of touch with your perspective :) Would you please contact me? Give up your anonymity for a cause? Up to you. Thanks for the feedback. In the mean time, just keep swimming ;)
