I reflect on your cultural concern often. We are growing quickly and I worry about the culture. Can we maintain? The reason that I am super hopeful about the continuation of our culture is that we are decentralized. I know that sounds counter-intuitive to a cohesive culture, but centralization means hierarchy, and hierarchy means less autonomy. Less autonomy means more management from afar. Management from afar is disconnected and doesn't even know how it is affecting the culture. So I encourage you to be a change agent in your local office and make the stated culture a continued reality. You are more the master of this destiny than you may think. And... if you sense a cultural slide, would you please contact me? Give us a chance to correct. Much appreciated.
