Thanks for the feedback as a former employee. I would really like the opportunity to understand the occasional unnecessary bureaucratic processes. We are trying to eliminate those types of processes unless they are mandated by law. If you could reach out to me and give me some insight it would be much appreciated. There are ways to do this anonymously as well if that is your preference.
We do compare salaries to industry standards annually to make sure we are competitively compensating for the experience provided. One thing to note is our business model is different than many of our competitors as we pay for every hour worked. Our philosophy is, if your time is valuable enough for us to charge to our clients, then you should be compensated for it. This is not an insignificant shift to the business model, and should be a consideration when comparing total compensation.
