Thanks for the positive outlook and nice place to work comment. The con that you mentioned is very similar comment to the one received on June 6. See that response for some clarification. There are parts of acting big that we are specifically trying to avoid. The only way to avoid those things is to have general managers that cooperate with each other so the company doesn't have to impose cooperation with policy. But as a big company, there are policies that can't be avoided. So yes, we are trying to act small and be big. It's a tension worth living in. Thanks again. Dave Ruff - CEO
Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.
Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
