Comparatively, they under pay their younger engineers (it seems like Coffman is a good place to come to mid-career but not start at). This is really putting the squeeze on younger employees due to the new, current economic situation we are in. Coffman is going to see a large turnover of younger employees very shortly because of this.
Also, the health benefits need a major overhaul (due to the current landscape of medical care being so grossly inflated). The health insurance they provide isn't great. So much so that some of their principals don't use it. It may have worked before, but it doesn't seem to be working now. It is fostering a culture of medical care avoidance.
