Pros
Work culture was good. I had joined NIIT as a fresher.They have provided technical training for 3 months on java by external professional trainer which as really helpful to gain technical knowledge.
Cons
But after training they have assigned all the freshers to random projects which had nothing to with your skills. And the biggest issue was 2 year of bond with freshers.
