      No pros only cons are there for fresher.

      Cons

      They will make you sit for project . They will assign mostly support project to fresher. Bond aggrement which needs to be paid to the company even if you are dying. No support from higher management.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
