Pros
Good work culture, Very flexible and friendly management, reasonably good pay and a good place for long term career growth. The management works to create a long standing relationship with good performing employees and this is definitely a good sign for a growing company.
Cons
They need to open more office in South India and increase their presence here too to attract local resources.
