Pros
Not much.... The first interview I had was a bit too realistic in outlining the onsite issues between client and NIIT.
Cons
They use the worst recruitment agency on record and have no idea how to show value to employees or prospective employees. Very Indian based, have to supply fathers details as recruitment (even for Westerners) is caste based.
