Being my first company for my carrier there is list of pros for this company, from having a great working culture to best facility provider to it's employees.
Cons
Speaking honestly I am a fresher to IT field so till now no such highlighting cons.

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
