Once upon a time, the culture was great! In the last few years they have hired a number of managers that have not continued and built upon that culture, so morale has gone down considerably and they are now having difficulty keeping IT personnel. They have great potential to turn things around and make them great again. There are a ton of very smart, motivated individuals that work there.
