Pros
full of creative people with very interesting and diverse backgrounds the work is actually very neat, and you could work for some big companies Good pay nice atmosphere, playful and friendly
Cons
I really really didn't want to believe the other reviews on here. When I brought them up, the person that hired me as well as 2 direct managers both repeatedly assured me that no one had been let go for years, and that the company was expanding. But just like several of the reviews stated, I learned that they keep you for a few months then let you go so they don't have to bring employees on as FTEs (as assured by the owner, I was doing a fantastic job otherwise). I saw it coming 2 weeks in advance, when one manager stopped checking in, greeting me, and generally giving me the cold shoulder (extremely unprofessional). The other manager was respectful and sympathetic, and tried to offer as much help as he could. The owner was all business, said they were making cutbacks, and because my manager hadn't assigned me work recently that I would be easier to let go. didn't get paid on time once, one paycheck came 2 months late onboarding process took weeks the manager kept expressing their desire to not be working at cognitive arts, and made it very clear they did not care about me
