Pros
Work/life balance, onsite opportunities, easy job transitions, learning opportunities. Work/life balance is good, atleast in the US. Onsite opportunities are ample, and the company is really growing, its good to be part of it. I have had the opportunity to work in multiple varied technologies, without too much trouble. Gives me a balanced perspective on technology. However, it is said that there is a move to make employees trained vertically more than horizontally. I guess that would lead to loss of this balanced perspective in the future. There is also a vast online library that comes in handy if you are interested.
Cons
Opaque middle management, mainly around performance, hikes and perks. General direction of the company is provided by the top management.
