It’s incredibly important to all of us at Lev that we take care of ourselves and of each other, whether that be through collaboration and support, taking time off, or speaking up when the going gets tough. We want all of our Lev team members to take time off regularly and feel comfortable doing so to prioritize their health and well-being, and we’re disappointed to hear you were not able to utilize our Open PTO program as intended.
As Lev has grown, we’ve made strategic investments to support our team members and our organization. One of which was the creation of our training team which now consists of two technical trainers and one process trainer. In the past, Lev hasn’t always had this level of infrastructure and support and we’re working hard on improving training and enablement to improve the employee experience. We’ve also been able to grow our people management team as well. We recognized our team members needed additional leadership for support, and Lev as whole needed help to expand and refine our service offerings and internal processes.
Team members leave Lev Glassdoor reviews voluntarily, and we strongly believe these reviews are from the heart. In our most recent Voice of the Team survey, 97% of our respondents indicated they would recommend Lev as a great place to work and that they were extremely satisfied with Lev.
