      Pros

      Only consider working here if you are looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a small business, work directly with the CEO, and climb over other people to get promoted.

      Cons

      Extremely critical peer group and catty environment not conducive to the business and professional growth. While it may seem like a hip and fun place to work at on the onset, it is actually completely bereft of any peer-to-peer respect or professionalism. Although they have a good leg to stand on in Ireland, they are technically a small start-up new to the Bay Area (when I left them they only have 1 client, although a big name in the Bay Area). Leads to a very disorganized business model that puts your well being (emotionally, monetary, and physically) at risk. Management puts their faith in the wrong people internally and they always seem like they are just half a step ahead of where the business needs to be. The pay is peanuts in San Francisco.

      Pros

      The client roster is impressive, and relationships run deep. The team has a strong track record of success with tech clients and B2B engagements. Leadership leads with empathy and trust. Overall, it’s a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      The team experiences the typical growing pains that come with expansion. Hiring is thoughtful and methodical, but that can mean jumping in quickly to figure things out with the available tools and limited training. The good news is that someone is always willing to support when needed.

      Pros

      One of the standout aspects is the trust the company places in its employees, there’s no micromanaging, which allows you to focus on doing your best work without unnecessary pressure. The flexibility here is especially valuable for those with families. C&M truly understands the importance of work-life balance and provides the freedom to manage your schedule in a way that supports both your professional responsibilities and personal life. That level of understanding makes a huge difference.
